Hi Jay, Im Gerardo and Ihave crohn's desease . Im 23 years old and have been suffering with this since I was 7. Im staring the SCD diet. but Im not sure if im doing it well. Do you have a chat or something were I could talk to you about what did you ate at the beginnig of the diet?
I also got operated 5 years ago, in my ileum and colon. Do you know if the diet works for people who have had this operation?
