This was a pretty good little video. Obviously I'm a Ron Paul fan lol The funny thing is that I'm Canadian and I don't get to vote either way......I know your thinking WTF why does this guy care about US politics when he lives in Canada? Well I know a lot more about american politics than I do about Canadian politics because our government ultimately does whatever the US tells them to.......We share the mouse in bed with the elephant relationship. If you are American you MUST see that your vote is more important than you can ever imagine as it dictates how things go in much of the world.

If you stand up and vote with your "conscience" the world will see that EVEN the people of the land of the FREE are fed up and tired of all the BS!!! I speak with so many Americans every and I hear the same thing all the time.........we do not like wars, nor want to be in wars, we hate living paycheck to paycheck lives etc The government and their greedy corporate agenda have tarnished the view of American people in almost every country in the world. I know this is BS because the people I speak with are caring, proud, good hearted people, that merely want to live good happy lives.

The corporate GREED agenda-complex is what makes us: want bigger cars, houses, toys, split up family structures & values, reduce religious and spiritual ties, create a state of always wanting which leads to paycheck to paycheck lives, allow normal people to be treated like criminals in the name of democracy, creating rules punishable by fines for almost everything we do while big corps and wall street bankers rob us of billions, judge success by wealth not social contribution, forces us to be so busy we seem angry all the time...think about how many people smile when you go to a store these days...?, eating fast food garbage that is killing us day by day, more sick people than ever before, and this list could go on forever............

But if we stop watching our bs reality shows, false news CNN, FOX, NBC etc and start looking into things for ourselves we will see the truth. I'm not sure if there has ever been a time in history where the voice of the people is needed so greatly! You have the power to reestablish the USA one of the best kick ass countries in the world. The US was born with the goals to stop all the BS or corporate greed, banking cartels FED reserve, industrial-military complex, unethical wars, and MOST importantly to keep the average "man" FREE. If you ever get a chance to look at the amendments and read the constitution I recommend you do so as they will blow your mind.

I like Ron Paul as he is a constitutionalist who is trying to bridge the gap between both parties and restore the power to the people, and that I RESPECT! Is he perfect...NO he's human, but he offers more hope than anyone I have seen in years.

Since I can't vote I urge you to make your vote-voice count!!! Demand Change!!! Although I do write about Ron Paul I'm not saying to vote for him unless you research him diligently and sincerely believe in his core values. Disconnect from the matrix and lets work on REAL lasting change that we can be proud of.

Hey Everyone! Check this Ron Paul Youtube video of him on the Tonight show with Jay Leno. Yes! I'll admit I'm a Ron Paul because he stands behind the Constitution SIMPLE :) This video was sent to me from Paul in Hawaii so thought I would share it as I liked it.

Although this is not IBD related directly but helping people wake up to things and become critical thinkers is THE SOLUTION to most diseases.........its a HUGE step in the right direction.

Hey Peeps :)

This is a great documentary called Collective Evolution my little review. I had the chance to watch in the last few days which definitely opened my mind to many things. Since overcoming my IBD using no BS mentality like YES food matters etc I have become an avid critical thinker who enjoys learning about almost anything that I can. One thing I know is that I know NOTHING :) I look back at my education in high school, college accounting-marketing, business finance courses.......etc and none of these establishments showed me how to use critical thought.The funny thing about critical thought is that its a simple way at looking at how things really are without using emotions etc. Go over all the info and use your brain not emotion to establish some kind of conclusion....... If they really taught us how to think like this when we were young we would act very differently in our lives: what we eat, making our health a primary focus, treat our spouses better, not holding high debt levels as they lead to stress, disease, and unhappiness. We would also look at social problems such as crime and realize that putting more cops on the street do nothing but temporarily mask the underlying problem. The Underlying problems must be addressed before we can solve any problem.... This list can go on forever.....

Critical thinking main components are having an open mind, looking at much of the facts as we can, 360 degrees perspective-defend or argue both sides..........you will be amazed at what you see.

Through my blog and IBD doc I have tried to spread critical thinking awareness as my eyes have been opened. I have been so lucky to meet so many people who keep me up-to date on the awesome info I get to check out every week. I want to throw a shout out to ASHLEY Anderson gutsy generation as she is the reason I watched this documentary...Thanks Ash I'm glad you prompted me to watch this.

Keep the info coming peeps thanks for ur massive contribution to this BLOG. I may be the voice but its ur experience, information etc that keep this resource up-to date :)

Parasails

Some Parasails in Mexico. I thought I would make a video of my experience. I hope everyone enjoys this video as I had a blast making it. It's funny when I look back at time where I thought nothing was possible............a lot can happen in a few years. Yeah could I ever get sick again....YES I believe if I overdid the binging and started eating the SAD diet again there a very good chance I could get sick again.........This trip to Mexico reminds me how important these lifestyle changes really are worth it in the long run as they lead to long lasting health and happiness. This may be just my opinion based on critical thinking but I believe it passionately and thats good enough for me.

Doing post b/c I seen this movie 50/50 with seth rogan and my brain started remembering how I felt when I got diagnosed

-for the most part I knew had an IBD from the research I did but after my colonoscopy the doc walked out and told me I  most likely had Crohns-colitis but would not know the biopsy results for 6 wks.

When I got home I had an anxiety attack thinking about it……..my 1^st and only one so far…….I was contemplating suicide ………obviously not in the best state of mind…..instead I went into my bedroom and I did as many pushups as I could until my arms gave out……..I fell on the ground just thinking WTF did I really do to deserve this…….but I was still a stubborn bastard and didn’t want to throw in the towel to this shitty disease. ….I wasn’t going to let it win

I Got to wait and think for 6 weeks to hear the doctor label me……………….I was so nervous driving there I got into a car accident driving there….no shit I was a mess!!!  I did a full 360 smoked a parked car almost pushed it into a building…lol

When I got into the docs office he told me I officially had severe crohns colitis and showed me some bs charts about where it affected me etc. Ultimately I didn’t hear that much except sorry jay your life is over………..he told me we could use drugs to maintain somewhat of a normal life and that I may some normal days and others more uncomfortable. He also told me with this diagnosis my chances for getting cancer were increased dramatically so I should be screened for this every few years.

I know your thinking Jay where you going with this………………this post seems a little depressing so far… well I realized I never shared this before and I think its important to tell people that I also went through these scary times feeling alone, scared, unsure……………the internet never made it any easier when all I seen was the negative suffering aspects……..

BUT here’s the best part of my story! My doc started going over my treatment options ….Immuran….Humira etc  when I said “doc, I’m going to pass on any drugs for now until I can see what is ultimately better for me. ……………..this was the best decision I ever made!!!  I went home a spent every moment I could on the computer searching for cures and finding med free people

The point of this video is I know this diagnosis sucks!!!! I remember like it was yesterday…….but you really could be DEAD……………………not getting to experience so many kick ass things like ur friends, family, hobbies, challenges, relationships, children, travelling……you name it.  Sometimes things get in the way but you CANT give up!!! You need to use ur brain to search for the results you want….do whatever it takes!

When you decide to try a healing protocol don’t think about how hard it is, or that you cant do it, think about how embarrassed u will be……………..etc Think about how much value you will get when you are med free and how much you will experience b/c of this.

I know many people think I’m like this MED FREE poster boy for the IBD community but the truth is I still F$#%# up on occasion with habits etc and thinking about how bad things were makes me realize why I have to stay the course b/c it is what will give me long lasting happiness not some short lived high that is not ultimately worth it. Moderation and patience are traits that I’m working on everyday and every minute

I straight up know I can do this and so can you.  I have no angle to sell you bullshit just speaking from the heart b/c I want everyone to know that I also remember how it felt to be down their in the gutter and I need to remember it as much as possible so I cherish my good health and kick ass life.

I thought I would share an awesome video I seen about Kucinich the man also known as Dennis Kucinich a congressman from OHIO. Watch this clip that CNN doesnt want you to see and what are your thoughts? It thought it was pretty crazy that this dudes answers were not all over the media after this..................but he was silenced just like what they are doing to Ron Paul as we speak. The media uses their little tool or should I say polls to tell you how people are voting or in reality how you should vote................really why do we care about polls when elections are so far away?................trying to control all us sheeple lol All jokes a side this Kucinich video is very revealing. I have never seen such a well spoken man on a broad range of issues and not even by Ron Paul. I love the fact that he has no problem pointing fingers and making people realize that they have be accountable for their political positions...ie IRAQ war, Greatest Bank robbery ever oops I meant Bail out package QE1 QE2 etc, Patriot Act, Libya, ....and soon IRAN. These politicians need to stop playing the ropes just trying to appease what they think will make the people happy...........In a true democracy we would all be educated and would vote on the decisions of the nation regularly...................with MR YES WE CAN using his VETO power whenever he wants............LIBYA......etc
