Hi Just me doing a video talking about the things that I did to help alleviate my joint pains while I was healing. I experienced severe pain in my knees and lower back for years and when I began healing and did these things the pain decreased dramatically. I no longer suffer from these pains and I went from one end of the spectrum to another. Please let me know how this stuff works for you.
Hey Everyone I was reading an awesome article and thought I would share it with you as The write of this book Gary Null has done an awesome job at bringing the facts out about the pharma industry etc. I have always asked people I speak with who tell me they are searching for a cure.. I respond by saying this "Why do most pharmaceutical companies spend twice as much on their advertising & Marketing budgets than on Research on Development" The facts of all these harsh realities are there if you actually look for them and when we find them smack us in the face b/c we think why would they do this to us...? It has been and always will be about the $$$$. The great news is the more you learn on your own terms with an open mind you will find answers to your problems and I know this from experience.

These are only a few of the many interviews he will be doing over the next few months etc. But the sooner we can raise some cash for him the easier it will be to get this thing rolling in 5th gear :) I have seen his teaser trailer for the documentary and ITS' BLEEPING AWESOME. Reid is waiting for permission for some music in the trailer, so as soon as he get this you will see how good of a job he is doing. I'm not going to lie when he first told me he was doing this documentary I was not sure what to expect because it was his first one..........but WOW was I blown away! I probably watch more new age documentaries than the mass majority and I can say with confidence that his trailer is TOP NOTCH. If the entire documentary has this same level of quality you can bet your a$$es that this documentary will make a difference in the IBD community and change the lives of more people than we can imagine............Infinite possibilities baby!
I know I come off pretty positive in my videos, blogposts etc and you may be thinking what is this guy smoking lol So I thought I would do a video showing everyone all the great times I have had in the last year or so which is why I'm so positive and upbeat. Before I was lucky enough to get this disease and overcome it I took things for granted and it only took severe crohns colitis to wake my ass up!!! So I could start living instead of chasing....................

I just wanted to take the time to say sorry for not postings no the blog, you-tube channel etc Life has been very busy the last few months but I know this is not a sufficient excuse and I will get my ass in gear and start putting material out there.
I am a keener on modeling principles as when you follow strategies that other people have used to get certain results the chances you will get the same results are very GOOD. I know for every optimist/realist the are 100 pessimists who try and debunk everything but lets stray away from the crowd and let those people do their thang while we live healthier lives and pay it forward as much as possible.
This blog Live to 100 and Beyond! shows people who lives past 100, some information on what they do to maintain optimum health etc. If you want to live to 100 and be healthy study health of what these people do or if you want to be like the majority which are dying and living a poor quality of lives at the young age of 60 then keep doing what the rest is doing. It's funny"they" media bla bla bla brainwash us to think we have lived longer and healthier than people before our time.............really who are they?? Go back to the bible my friends when people lived beyond 100 and its ironic that people that still live by these principles are still living very healthy at 100 years of age. We have come to a time when we think its normal or ok to have bad knees, low sex drive, getting fat in old age, diabetes, tight muscles, loss of hair, poor circulation, spending our late 50s in doctors offices and hospital and thinking life is almost over lol We need to stop and ask WHO SAID THIS? and to whos benefit would it be?? Why can't we live healthy lives without ailments or diseases until we move on to the next life or whatever awaits us?? I'm not trying to be a raving lunatic BUT I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! Its time we take our health back into our own hands, take our minds back from the media, take our food back from corporate controlling giants, and once we again are capable of critical thinking we will change this world faster than you can imagine. It may get worse before it gets better but people are starting to wake up..........only time awaits :)
Before I cured my crohn's disease or my i say overcome my crohn's disease I use to hear about this Paul Nison dude and was not sure to think... When you are trying to look for natural cures for any disease like Crohn's or colitis it seems like you get bombarded with a huge amount of sites to check out. The sad truth is that the majority of these sites are people that are looking to cash in by selling bogus products or sites that offer no information just provide keywords which they use to get you to click on advertisements so they can make money.I'm sure most people reviewing this post can realte to what I am saying
Over the past 1.5 years I have followed Paul Nisons website and subscribed to his newsletter and realized this guy is the REAL deal. He spends his life spreading the word to help people overcome their health and live more healthy lives. Every video post or email newsletter I have reviewed or received from Paul has always been top notch material and always provides value to the reader or viewer. He could easily sell out and come out with a miracle product but he has yet to do so and I am confident we will continue to see great content coming from his website and videos.
I encourage anyone who is looking to overcome their crohn's disease or Ulcerative Colitis or any person looking to improve their health to check out his website, videos, books etc. This guy has done great job spreading the health benefits of a Raw Diet so please take the time to check his website out.
I just watched some videos from another very good health activist Paul Nisson who has overcome his Crohn's Disease through a raw diet. This video shows a 108 year old man by the name of Bernando LaPallo who is 108 years old and looks amazing! Don't take my word for it and watch this video and see for yourself.
